A Samuel Group is an experience for young adults (18-30) who are seeking to discern God’s will for their lives.
It includes time of praying with scripture, listening to life experiences, sharing your questions, reflecting and praying in silence.

What is God’s love? It is not something vague, some generic feeling. God’s love has a name and a face: Jesus Christ, Jesus. Love for God is made manifest in Jesus.
What does it mean to be in a COVENANT? It is a solemn undertaking that brings two parties into relationship, with rights and responsibilities on both sides. The covenantal relationship between God, creation and all humanity is expressed, developed and repeated throughout scripture... and we know and understand it within our very selves. I am not separate from the air that I breathe, the water I drink....

After a recent evening workshop on hope, we invited the participants to consider ways in which they too can be 'tireless cultivators of the seeds of the Gospel' (Pope Francis). The invitation to find ways to be pilgrims of hope is a challenging one in the current climate in which the negative is emphasised, and yet we also acknowledge so much goodness around us, and so many actions of mercy and compassion that spring out of the most difficult situations....
